British PM Aids Greenspan In Launch Of The Age of Turbulence

1 Oct 2007. Alan Greenspan, who ran the Fed for more than 18 years is in Britain to promote his new book, The Age of Turbulence.

He has met with British PM Gordon Brown where he received a strong endorsement.

Alan Greenspan first met British PM Gordon Brown and Former PM Tony Blair in 1994.

At the Press Conference Gordon Brown said, "Alan Greenspan is a towering figure in the international financial community who combines the qualities of outstanding leadership, extraordinary insight, absolute integrity and a strong sense of social responsibility and internationalism."
