Research Institute for Housing America - RIHA

Research Institute for Housing America, founded in 1998 by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, is an independent research organization devoted to expanding access to U.S. housing and mortgage markets.

RIHA assists through grants and sponsored research to educational institutions, research facilities and government organizations in the pursuit of knowledge of mortgage markets and real estate finance.

National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers - NAREIM

Members of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers represent both domestic and foreign capital. NAREIM members include real estate advisors, financial institutions, REITs, opportunity funds, and private investors.
